We are not a government agency, nursing home, medical provider, referral agency, or law firm. Nothing on the site is medical, legal, financial, or placement advice.

No guarantees

Facility ratings, ownership, penalties, staffing, availability, and other conditions can change. We do not warrant that information is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular person. Verify important information with the facility, CMS, AHCA, and qualified professionals before making decisions.

Permitted use

You may use the site for personal, noncommercial research. You may not disrupt the site; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious or unlawful content; scrape at a rate that burdens the service; misrepresent site content; or use our branding without permission.

User submissions

You represent that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential medical records or information about another person unless authorized.
